Burnout Warning Signs: Is Your Job Harming Your Health?

Burnout isn't just being tired – it's a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. Here's how to recognize it before it takes over your life.
Emotional signs
  • Feeling cynical or negative about work
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Feeling unappreciated
  • Decreased motivation
  • Irritability and short temper
Physical symptoms
  • Chronic fatigue, even after sleep
  • Insomnia or disturbed sleep
